- Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not generally provided once a campaign or service has started.
- Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If you cancel within two days of payment and before services have begun, you'll receive a full refund minus administrative fees ($250), payment processing fees (typically 3.49% of the transaction amount + $0.49), and any costs associated with purchased software licenses or other pre-project materials.
- If there are significant delays in delivering services due to Affordable Biz Dev's fault, refunds may be considered for the undelivered portion of the project. A partial refund will be calculated based on the remaining scope of work, excluding administrative and processing fees.
- If the client expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of initial deliverables within the first phase of the project and no significant progress has been made beyond that phase, a partial refund may be issued. This refund will be determined after a review of the deliverables provided, minus administrative, processing, and material costs incurred.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with campaign results unless deliverables were not provided as agreed.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to akisch@affordablebizdev.com, karl@affordablebizdev.co and mithian@affordablebizdev.co within 5 business days of the issue arising.
